The staff was very very helpful and the place was clean. We asked for small double room and it was compact with a very comfortable chair. The service we got was good! The hotel's location was stunning, not far from ferry port. Also, Jubilee Pool was in walking distance.

Great bar and the staff here are absolutely amazing. The breakfast has a good variety of cereal and fruit 🍎.

Its location is magnificent - few metres away from Penzance city centre. I loved very very helpful personnel that ensures guests have a lovely stay.
